“Joy & Health In Every Cup”
Live Specialty Coffee was born from the dedication of a third-generation Chinese-Thai woman who grew up embracing her family’s deep connection to coffee. Her ancestors, soldiers from the 93rd Division, settled in Thailand after the war and became part of the Royal Project’s initiative, receiving coffee seedlings to replace opium cultivation with sustainable crops.
The family’s coffee journey began in Huai Nam Dang Village, where the lush highlands provided the perfect environment for cultivating specialty coffee. In 2020, when the COVID-19 crisis brought her tourism business to a halt, the founder returned to her roots in Chiang Mai to help her family develop their coffee farm. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, she saw the potential of coffee as more than a product—it was a way to empower farmers and share Thailand’s rich culture with the world.
Over four years, she immersed herself in every aspect of coffee production, mastering the “farm-to-cup” process to ensure quality and sustainability. Her passion for crafting meaningful coffee experiences and supporting local farmers became the foundation of Live Specialty Coffee.
Today, the brand stands as a bridge between tradition and innovation, connecting consumers to the heart of Thai culture. Recognized in the Top 10 at Thailand Specialty Coffee Awards (SCATH) and the Cup of Excellence Thailand (COE), Live Specialty Coffee celebrates the heritage of Huai Nam Dang, uplifts farming communities, and delivers coffee crafted with authenticity, passion, and purpose.

Our Facility
Our facility is Located in the North of Thailand, Chiangmai, which has been specifically designed and built designed to process several tons of coffee. It is managed and operated with careful supervision to ensure and maintain high quality standard in processing each batch.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
At Live Specialty, hygiene is highly observed and practiced, and our facility was developed with this in mind. We truly believe that a clean environment plays a vital role in producing premium coffee beans. We spare no effort ensuring that our equipment is regularly cleaned and inspected for each batch of our coffee.
